Madison Delacruz is an executive assistant and operations partner
who helps turn strategy into action by creating the structure, coordination, and systems that keep complex projects moving forward. She brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to supporting mission-driven organizations, helping leaders stay focused on the work that matters most.
With experience supporting startup leadership through periods of growth, Madison excels at managing communications, coordinating complex schedules, improving workflows, and anticipating the needs of both executives and project teams. Her ability to bring clarity to fast-moving environments helps create more efficient operations and stronger collaboration across teams.
At McNeil Creative Enterprises, Madison plays a key role in supporting client engagements, internal operations, and organizational priorities. Behind the scenes, she helps ensure the team has the coordination and support needed to deliver thoughtful, high-quality work for the organizations and communities MCE serves.
Madison holds an associate’s degree in social and criminal justice from the University of Arizona.
Outside of work, Madison is a proud mother of two who enjoys building a meaningful life alongside her family—one rooted in purpose, connection, and balance.
