Impact Accelerator Cohort.

Many arts and cultural organizations are creating meaningful change—but struggle to clearly articulate, measure, and communicate their impact. The Impact Accelerator is a guided coaching experience designed to help leaders build the clarity, confidence, and tools needed to tell their story, strengthen decision-making, and demonstrate their value to funders, boards, and communities.

Through weekly cohort sessions, practical exercises, and individualized coaching, participants develop a customized Impact Roadmap that reflects their organization's values, priorities, and aspirations.

Session One:

Reframe Your Story

Move beyond funder language and reconnect with the impact you were created to make.

Participants examine how they've defined success, identify the gap between lived impact and reported impact, and begin reframing their organization's story through a more authentic lens.

Session Two:

Understand Your Impact Ecosystem

Identify who you serve—and what meaningful impact looks like to each stakeholder.

Leaders map their stakeholder landscape and explore how to communicate impact in ways that resonate with funders, boards, artists, partners, and communities.
