FAQ
Pricing and payment?
The client price is $350 per session, paid in full when the session is booked.
What should I come prepared with?
Come with a specific question, challenge, or area of focus. We'll ask you to bring materials (documents, data, drafts) or share them with your coach beforehand, but you don’t need to have everything figured out.
Can I book Strategic Alignment Sessions for urgent or immediate project needs?
This offering works best when there is space for intentional planning, collaboration, and meaningful integration. While our Impact Coaches will always do their best to accommodate timelines when possible, we cannot guarantee immediate availability for urgent requests or rapid turnaround needs.
Who from our team should attend?
We recommend 1–3 team members who are directly involved in the work we’ll be discussing. This might include a program manager, executive director, or staff member responsible for data or reporting. Smaller groups lead to more focused, productive sessions.
Can we cover multiple things in one session?
We can touch on related areas, but the most effective sessions focus on one core challenge so we can go deep and leave with something usable.
Is this the same as consulting?
No. This is a one-time or occasional working session. If you need deeper or ongoing support, we can point you to the right next step.
How do I know if this is enough support?
If you’re thinking “we just need to figure this out,” this is likely the right fit.
If you’re thinking “we need someone to build or manage this,” you’ll likely need a larger engagement.
Can I book more than one session?
Yes. Book as many sessions as you need - a single session for clarity or use a few sessions over time as you build and refine your work.
