ASHLEY Moncrieft, PHD, MSPH 

Creative Research Associate 

Ashley Moncrieft, PhD, MSPH is a Research Associate at McNeil Creative Enterprises with more than a decade of experience designing and leading mixed-methods research and evaluation across public health, social impact, and policy. She specializes in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that help organizations learn, strengthen strategy, and make informed decisions.

Throughout her career, Ashley has partnered with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to evaluate programs, build research capacity, and communicate findings in ways that are both rigorous and accessible. She is passionate about using research to deepen understanding, support continuous learning, and help organizations demonstrate meaningful impact.

Ashley holds a BA in Psychology from Spelman College, PhD in Psychology and a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Miami.


Based in Atlanta, Ashley enjoys exploring the city's vibrant arts and cultural scene, volunteering with local organizations, and pursuing creative interests that keep her curious, inspired, and grounded.
